Colombia Excelso- Fair Trade & Organic

This lot of Fair Trade & Organic Colombia Excelso Dark Roast was carefully grown in Tolima, a region located between the Central and Eastern mountain ranges.  It's high altitudes, nutrient-rich volcanic soils, and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation, producing some of Colombia's most distinctive coffees, known for juicy acidity, notes of stone fruit, and a rich, chocolatey backbone.
