Ethiopia—legend has it, this is where it all began. The first coffee plant is said to have been discovered in the Sidamo highlands, by a herd of goats! It has spread it's roots across the world from there.

Seaworthy Ethiopia Sidamo is roasted lightly to preserve the unique flavors of this region.  This crop boasts citrusy and caramelly notes with a bright acidity and a lovely floral aroma  that sustains from the first sip to last.  Since this coffee is roasted light, there is a higher concentration of caffeine, making this a great way to kick start a busy day!
