This roast is a mixture of medium and slightly darker medium roasted single origin Honduran coffee beans creating the unique "black and tan" appearance. Notes of sweet milk chocolately goodness and subtle tones of stone fruit with a medium acidity and a lighter body make this an excellent cup of coffee.
